Mobile phone number — your personal number, used to forward your Selena number to you and to send SMS notifications.
Call data — transcripts, summaries, and recordings of calls handled by your Selena number.
Contact list — names and phone numbers you upload so Selena can greet callers by name.

How We Use Your Information

To operate your Selena phone assistant and handle incoming calls on your behalf.
To send you SMS notifications about call summaries and voicemail alerts.
To identify callers using your contact list.
To generate call transcripts and summaries using AI.

SMS Notifications

    By providing your mobile number and creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from Selena. These messages include call summaries and voicemail notifications sent to your registered number. Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  

We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. All messages are transactional notifications directly related to your Selena account activity.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services required to operate Selena:

Twilio — phone number provisioning, call routing, and SMS delivery.
OpenAI — real-time voice transcription and AI conversation processing.
Anthropic — call summary generation.

Data Retention

Call transcripts and summaries are stored and associated with your account. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes all associated call data.

Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your database is stored on an encrypted persistent volume.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us or deleting your account directly from the dashboard.
